Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Blesses Potential Gompa Sites

Yesterday, following the Level 2 Santi Maha Sangha Training at his house, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu announced that we would go look at sites proposed for the a community house with gompa. He asked for two sticks of incense and some rice to conduct a simple serkyem to the local guardians.

We started out on the new road  connecting lower and upper Khandroling stopping about midway to walk deeper into the woods on an old logging road (at the moment laden with mud from recent rains). There Rinpoche selected two potential sites.

The day was glorious--dry with a gentle breeze. It seemed that these moments manifested as the perfect    Teacher, the perfect Time, the perfect Place.   A LA LA HO!
